1. Who we are
Alkhaldi Group (مجموعة الخالدي) is a privately-held Saudi family group based in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This notice covers the website at alkhaldigroup.com. For the operating companies under the group (FK & Partner Co., Water Technology Co., IE-Consult and Dar Al-Bayan Schools), each runs its own website and has its own privacy notice.
2. What data the website collects
The site is a one-page portal with one interactive entry point: the contact form. When you submit it we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company / organisation (optional)
- Your free-text message
The site does not use cookies, third-party analytics, advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, social-media widgets, or session storage. There are no cookie banners because there's nothing to consent to.
3. Where your data goes
Form submissions are relayed through formsubmit.co
and delivered to info@alkhaldigroup.com. formsubmit.co briefly stores the
message in transit while it relays the email. See their
privacy policy for their own practices.
4. How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to respond and to satisfy Saudi commercial-correspondence record-keeping (typically 5–10 years). You can ask us to delete your records at any time by emailing the address above.
5. Third parties this site loads from
The site loads nothing from third parties at first paint — all fonts, scripts, stylesheets and images are hosted on alkhaldigroup.com. The only outbound request happens after you submit the contact form (to formsubmit.co). The site does not load from Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Facebook, or any advertising network.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you. Email info@alkhaldigroup.com and we'll reply within a reasonable timeframe.
